How can i get a title in nc using a bill of sale from sc.?

i bought a 1970 mustang fastback with no title! the seller gave me a sc registered bill of sale! The nc dmv will not allow me to get a tittle or plate or nothing using the bill of sale! what should i do??How can i get a title in nc using a bill of sale from sc.?

You need to get a SC title and then take it to the NC DMV. If the former owner stilled owned money on the car you may be in for more trouble. And you may have file a claim in small claims court in SC.
