How long will the nc dmv take your license if you have a seizure disorder?

as long as a doctor says|||for 1 day.|||In Maine, if I have a seizure, it is suspended for one year. BUT b/c I am medication I don't have seizures and I can drive normally but my license has an M on it for required medication. Sorry I don't know about nc.
